Biography
From 1987 to 1989 he served in the Army. In 1994 he graduated from NTU "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
From 1993 to 1994 he worked as a slusar for the Techmashproduction IC. Between 1994 and 1995 he worked as an expeditor at the APBFSU "Library". From 1995 to 1997 he worked as Chief of the Supply Department at the APBFSU "Library". In 1998, he founded and worked as Director of Private Enterprise Budmark.
In 2010, he was elected Deputy of the Bilotserkiv City Council.
In 2014, he founded the Bilotzerkivtsi Charity Foundation, which provided assistance to the military personnel in the ATO zone.
In 2015, he was elected City Chairman of the city of Bila Tserkva, scoring 60.7% of the actual votes in the second round. The election was supported by Samopomich. His opponent was Constantine Yefimenko, who won the first round.
In 2020, with a result of 57.58% of the vote of voters, the first round was re-elected by the city head of the city of Bila Church.
After February 24, 2022, she continues to assist the Ukrainian Armed Forces not only as a city head, but as a private person, merging with local businessmen.
On March 31, 2024, due to the lawsuit, he was mobilised for service to the Armed Forces.
She has two daughters and sons.
